Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines AFM Entertainment Inc. (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.afmentertainementinc.com (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users "). 

Grounds for data collection 

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") from our users is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject, and is explained in more detail below.

When you use our websites: We may collect any Personal Information that you choose to send to us or provide to us, for example, on our artist websites "News Letters", “Contact Us” links (or similar) online form, or if you register for Adrianna Freeman fan account on the website www.adriannafreeman.com. If you contact us through the Website, we will keep a record of our correspondence.

When you use the Services: We receive and store information you provide directly to us. For example, when setting up new users, we collect Personal Information, such as name and e-mail address, to provide them with Services. The types of information we may collect directly from our customers include: name, username, email address, postal address, phone number, transactional information (including Services purchased), as well as any other contact or other information they choose to provide us or upload to our systems in connection with the Services.

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) in order to enhance the functionality of our Site.   • Usage information: we keep track of user activity in relation to the types of Services our customers and their users use and performance metrics related to their use of the Services.  
  • Log information: we log information about our customers and their users when you use one of the Services including Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

How do we receive information about you?

We receive your Personal Information from various sources:

California residents have the right to request the deletion of Personal Information as prescribed in Section 1798.105(a) of the CCPA. AFM Entertainment Inc. may not delete some or all Personal Information if such Personal Information is necessary for us, or our service providers or affiliates, to:
Complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of AFM Entertainment Inc. ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between AFM Entertainment Inc. and the consumer,
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity,
Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality,
Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law,

Right to not be Discriminated Against for Exercising your Rights -California Consumers
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights, such as your access and deletion rights described above. However, we may offer you rewards (such as through our loyalty program) or benefits (such as customizing your experience at a resort) which we need your data to provide, but we will only provide those rewards or benefits if their value to you is reasonably related to the value provided to AFM Entertainment Inc. by your Personal Information.

We collect identifiers that you may choose to provide to us, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, birthday, and age. We use this information to communicate with you, market goods and services, and to provide you with goods and services.

We collect and use identifiers (such as a username) you may choose to provide to us, and the content of your communications when you post information on our online message boards or online public forums. We use this information to run our online message boards or online public forums.

AFM Entertainment Inc. discloses identifiers (e.g., name or email address), internet activity, consumer history, and consumers’ preferences to provide marketing and analytics services to its business partners.

AFM Entertainment Inc. discloses identifiers, consumer history, and consumers’ preferences to our franchisees and licensees to offer our Services.

AFM Entertainment Inc.t may share your personal information with third party service providers that perform a variety of services on our behalf, such as the development and analysis of our social media pages, operating and maintaining our websites, offering or managing promotions, and market research purposes.

AFM Entertainment Inc. may share your personal information with other entities for purposes of a sale, merger, or other related corporate event. An entity that buys us or a part of our business may continue to use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Removing Content on Public Forums - California Consumers

Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists. 

Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important e-mail communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. These may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.

Corporate transaction

Minors

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
